摘要
为解决现有立环高梯度磁选机磁场分布不均匀及中矿端磁感应强度低的问题,研发了一种新型立环高梯度磁选机。新型立环高梯度磁选机通过在第一磁系的中矿端一侧增加第二磁系与线圈,在中矿端弧形区域产生强磁场,磁感应强度保持与主分选区接近,解决了中矿端磁感应强度出现急剧衰减的问题,磁性颗粒可牢固吸附在磁介质表面,不会返回尾矿,不影响分选指标;该新型立环高梯度磁选机具有磁场均匀、富集比大、选矿效率高、处理量大、选矿成本低的优点,对于微细粒级弱磁性铁矿物,可获得更好的分选指标,市场应用前景广阔。
In order to solve the problems of uneven magnetic field distribution and low magnetic induc⁃tion intensity at the middle end of the existing vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator,a new vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator is developed.The new vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator generates a strong magnetic field in the arc area of the middle end by adding a second magnetic system and a coil on the middle end of the first magnetic system.The magnetic induction intensity is kept close to the main separation area,which solves the problem of sharp attenuation of magnetic induction intensity at the middle ore end.The magnetic particles can be firmly adsorbed on the surface of the magnetic medium,and will not return to the tailings,which will not affect the separation index.The new vertical ring high gradient magnetic separator has the advantages of uniform magnetic field,large enrichment ratio,high beneficiation efficiency,large processing capacity and low beneficiation cost.For fine-grained feebly magnetic iron min⁃erals,better separation indexes can be obtained,and the market application prospect is broad.
