“新医科”+“新工科”融合背景下的医学人才教育培养探索

摘要 在“新医科”和“新工科”交叉融合的背景下,探讨国内外学科融合的发展现状,针对医工融合教育的问题和挑战,提出要形成“新融合”背景下的医学专业体系,构建面向“新需求”的课程体系,建立多元化、多层次的评价体系。为培养医工融合型人才,要坚持以学生作为教学的目的和主体,坚持以实践作为培养的主要路径,坚持学科与产业融合,形成新医工融合型人才培养体系。 In the context of the integration of"New Medical Science"and"New Engineering",explore the current development status of disciplinary integration at home and abroad.In response to the problems and challenges of medical and engineering integrating education,it is proposed to form a medical professional system under the background of"New Integration",construct a course system oriented towards"New Need",and establish a diversified and multi-level evaluation system.To cultivate integrated medical and engineering personnel,we must adhere to the goal and subject of teaching as students,practice as the main path of training,and the integration of disciplines and industries to form a new integrated medical and engineering personnel training system.
