摘要
基于TRIZ理论,对山地多功能播种机进行了创新设计。通过分析山地环境和用户需求,运用TRIZ工具,矛盾矩阵、分离原理和动态化原理,提出了一系列创新设计要点。设计出的山地多功能播种机具有特殊的行走机构、智能控制系统、多功能模块和可拆卸结构等特点,能够适应复杂的山地地形,实现精准作业,提高农业生产效率。研究成果可为小型农机具的设计提供参考。
Based on the TRIZ theory,the innovative design of multi-function planter in mountain area was carried out.Based on analysis of mountain environment and user requirements,using TRIZ tool,contradiction matrix,separation prin-ciple and dynamic principle,a series of innovative design points were put forward.The designed multi-function planter had the characteristics of special walking mechanism,intelligent control system,multi-function module and dismountable struc-ture,which can adapt to the complex mountainous terrain and realize precision operation,improve the efficiency of agricul-tural production.The results of the design could provide references for the design of small agricultural machinery.
