随着宁波市“世界一流强港”建设的不断推进,船员队伍建设迎来良好机遇,但如今高素质船员队伍建设面临着船员素质参差不齐、船员服务业务市场杂乱、船员过度社会化和船员职业吸引力持续下降等问题,打造高素质船员队伍需要提升船员培育质量,建设高品质船员培育基地;规范船员服务市场,打造高水平船员服务中心;强化企业责任落实,完善船员队伍建设;加强船员职业宣传,激发队伍发展动能。
With the continuous promotion of Ningbo's"world-class port"construction,the seafarer development has also ushered in good opportunities.However,the construction of high-quality crew team is faced with problems such as uneven seafarer quality,disorganized seafarer service market,excessive socialization of seafarers and continuous decline in the attraction of the seafarer profession.To build a high-quality seafarer team,it is necessary to improve the quality of seafarer training to build a high-quality seafarer training base,standardize the management of seafarer service,and construct a high-level seafarer service center.It is also essential to strengthen the implementation of corporate responsibility,to improve the construction of the seafarer team,and enhance the promotion of the profession of seafarers to stimulate the development momentum of seafarer team.
