摘要
提升民营企业创新能力对于促进民营企业新时代发展和转型升级具有重要意义。已有研究缺乏从组态视角分析不同因素及其相互间联动效应如何影响民营企业创新能力提升,民营企业“高创新能力”的形成路径尚缺乏理论解释。基于TOE理论框架,从“技术-组织-环境”角度筛选影响民营企业创新能力的前因变量并构建分析框架,采用fsQCA3.0通过模糊集定性比较分析对前因变量组态进行探索。研究发现:专利能力、研发投入、人力资本、知识吸收能力及社会资本是影响民营企业创新能力提升的前因变量,其中人力资本、知识吸收能力和社会资本是核心变量;存在4种解释民营企业“高创新能力”的前因变量组态,即“知识吸收型”“‘研发-人力’匹配型”“‘专利-人力’匹配型”和“理想型”。研究丰富了民营企业理论和创新能力理论,拓宽了解释民营企业创新能力提升的理论思路。结合研究结论,提出了促进民营企业创新能力提升的管理启示。
Improving the innovation capability of private enterprises is of great significance to promote the development,transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in the new era.There is a lack of research on how different factors and their interaction effects affect the improvement of private enterprises’innovation capability from the perspective of configuration,and there is still a lack of theoretical explanation for the formation path of private enterprises’“high innovation capability”.Based on the theoretical framework of toe,this paper selects the antecedent variables affecting the innovation capability of private enterprises from the perspective of“technology-organization-environment”,and constructs an analytical framework,using fsqca3.0 explore the configuration of antecedent variables through qualitative comparative analysis of fuzzy sets.It is found that patent capability,R&D investment,human capital,knowledge absorption capability and social capital are the antecedent variables affecting the improvement of innovation capability of private enterprises,among which human capital,knowledge absorption capability and social capital are the core variables;There are four antecedent variable configurations that explain the“high innovation capability”of private enterprises,namely“knowledge absorption”“R&D-human”“matching”“patent-human”“matching”and“ideal”.The research enriches the theory of private enterprises and the theory of innovation capability,and broadens the theoretical ideas to explain the improvement of innovation capability of private enterprises.Combined with the research conclusions,this paper puts forward the management enlightenment to promote the innovation capability of private enterprises.
