摘要
循环肿瘤DNA(ctDNA)已成为肿瘤早期诊断的关键病理检测手段。近年来,利用高通量测序(NGS)和聚合酶链反应(PCR)等技术,ctDNA在肿瘤基因组信息检测方面已取得重大进步。然而,鉴于外周血中ctDNA含量低和传统ctDNA检测技术的灵敏度及分析问题,科研人员已经开发出多种优化的ctDNA检测技术,并提出了相应的有效分析方法。本文将全面综述这些ctDNA的检测和分析方法,以便为液体活检的精确诊断提供深度参考。
Circulating tumor DNA(ctDNA)has become a key pathological detection method for early tumor diagnosis.In recent years,with the use of technologies such as Next-Generation Sequencing(NGS)and Polymerase Chain Reaction(PCR),significant progress has been made in ctDNA detection for tumor genomic information.However,given the low ctDNA content in peripheral blood and the sensitivity and analysis problems of traditional ctDNA detection techniques,researchers have developed various optimized ctDNA detection methods and proposed corresponding effective analysis methods.This article will comprehensively review these ctDNA detection and analysis methods to provide an in-depth reference for the precise diagnosis of liquid biopsy.
