摘要
从动态生成视角考察习近平关于意识形态工作的重要论述,要“从后思索”回溯既有理论形态的形成脉络,也要把握作为集体智慧的“重要论述”与理论创新个体实践的动态联系。党的十八大以来,“重要论述”业已形成有关意识形态工作地位、目标、方法、阵地、基础、责任、制度等七个方面的系统阐述,可概括为“七定”。社会生活与国家治理的重大变化、纷繁复杂的社会思潮、世界各国意识形态治理实践,为“重要论述”的形成创设了多方历史条件,使之具有强烈的时代特色。独特的成长背景、强烈的人民情怀、深远的战略眼光、深厚的理论素养、丰富的政治经验,为“重要论述”的形成提供了个人主体条件,并赋予其鲜明的个性特征。
From a generative perspective,apprehending Xi Jinping’s approach to ideological work is to trace the formative thread of existing theory and to grasp the dynamics of this approach as a brainchild of both collective wisdom and individual creation.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,this approach has generated viewpoints in seven aspects of ideological work concerning its status,goals,methods,fields,foundations,management,and institutions.This approach combined the distinctive characteristics of both the times and the individual.The endowment of the time should be attributed to the changes in social fabric and national governance,diverse and complex ideological trends,and governance of other countries around the world.The personal charisma materialized in this approach originates from the combination of the leader’s unique growth background,strong empathy for the people,far-reaching strategic vision,profound theoretical literacy,and rich political experience.
