摘要
在我国建设制造强国、质量强国的进程中,企业管理者在其中发挥着重要作用。研究管理者短视与制造业生产技术水平之间的关系,可助力国家经济健康发展。以2013—2020年中国沪深A股制造业上市企业为研究样本,基于文本分析和机器学习技术构建管理者短视指标,实证检验管理者短视行为对制造业企业生产技术水平的影响。研究结果表明,管理者短视行为对企业生产技术水平的提高有显著的促进作用。机制分析表明,这种促进作用主要通过扩大中间品进口来实现。通过进一步分析得出,管理者短视行为抑制了企业创新的投入与产出。
In the process of building a manufacturing powerful country and quality powerful country,enterprise managers play an important role.Studying the relationship between myopia and manufacturing production technology can contribute to the healthy development of national economy.Taking 2013-2020 listed enterprises in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share manufacturing industry as the research sample,the managers'myopia indicators are constructed based on text analysis and machine learning technology to empirically test the impact of managers'myopia behavior on the production technology level of manufacturing enterprises.The research results indicate that manager's myopia behavior has a significant promoting effect on the improvement of production technology level in enterprises.Mechanistic analysis shows that this promotion is mainly achieved by expanding the import of intermediate goods.Through further analysis,the myopia behavior of managers suppresses the input and output of enterprise innovation.
