抗炎饮食在慢性病防治中的研究进展

摘要 从抗炎饮食的概述、评价工具、主要成分、药理作用及其在慢性病防治中的应用等方面进行综述,以期为降低慢性病患病风险提供有效的饮食管理依据。 To summarize overview of anti-inflammatory diets,evaluation tools,main ingredients,pharmacological effects,and its applications in the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases,in order to provide effective dietary management basis for reducing the risk of chronic diseases.
