铅试金富集-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铱电极中铱

Determination of Iuthenium in Iuthenium Electrode by Lead Assay Enrichment for Gold Coupling with ICP-MS

摘要 通过优化铱电极中铱测定的前处理条件,采用ICP-MS法,建立铱电极中铱含量(10 g/t~1000 g/t)的分析方法。试验结果表明:灰吹保护剂钯的加入量大于1 mg,Na_(2)O_(2)加入量为2 g,熔融温度为800℃,熔融时间为20 min,193Ir作为测定同位素消除质谱干扰,标准溶液和试样加入等量的Na_(2)O_(2)能消除钠离子干扰。按以上实验方法测定3个不同含量的铱电极相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.52%~1.45%;加标回收率在94%~101%之间。表明该方法重复性好,准确度高。 The iridium content(10 g/t~1000 g/t)in iridium electrode was determined by ICP-MS method.The results showed that the addition amount of palladium was greater than 1 mg,the addition amount of Na_(2)O_(2) was 2 g,the melting temperature was 800℃,the melting time was 20 min,193 Ir was used as the determination isotope to eliminate the interference of mass spectrum,the standard solution and sample adding the same amount of Na_(2)O_(2) can eliminate the interference of sodium ion.The relative standard deviations(RSD)of three iridium electrodes with different contents were 0.52%~1.45%.The recoveries of standard addition range from 94%to 101%.The results show that the method has good repeatability and high accuracy.
