摘要
社会治理现代化的本质要求是要推进社会治理理念、治理主体、治理方式、治理体制的现代化。尽管社会治理体系和治理能力在实践过程中不断完善发展,但其在城乡社区治理能力、多元主体协同共治、矛盾纠纷化解制度供给以及技术赋能智力支撑方面仍存短板。应充分借鉴新时代“枫桥经验”的治理优势,在加强人性关怀、坚持多元共治、完善制度供给、提升智治水平等方面不断努力,加快推进社会治理体系和治理能力现代化。
The essence of social governance modernization requires the advancement of modernization in governance concepts,governance entities,governance methods,and governance systems.Although the social governance system and capabilities have been continuously improved and developed in practice,there are still shortcomings in urban and rural community governance capabilities,multi-entity collaborative governance,the supply of systems for resolving conflicts and disputes,as well as technological empowerment and intellectual support.It is necessary to fully draw on the governance advantages of the"Fengqiao Experience"in the new era,making continuous efforts in strengthening humane care,adhering to multi-entity co-governance,improving system supply,and enhancing the level of intelligent governance to accelerate the modernization of social governance capabilities and systems.
