摘要
目的探讨农村女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)居家自取样的实践效果。方法于2022年6月至2022年11月在浙江省杭州、嘉兴两市招募600名农村女性,采用非随机分组法纳入研究组(n=257,行HPV居家自取样)和对照组(n=286,行HPV场所自取样),取样后两组均完成HPV自取样认知、体验及接受度调查。比较两组取样成功率、7 d内样本接收率、样本合格率及对HPV自取样的认知、体验及接受度。结果研究组取样成功率(98.44%,253/257)与对照组(98.95%,283/286)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组样本合格率(98.05%,252/257)与对照组(98.95%,283/286)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),对照组7 d内样本接收率(100.00%,286/286)高于研究组(97.67%,251/257),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组214名(83.27%)和对照组255名(89.16%)受试者完成HPV自取样调查问卷。文化程度高、参加过“两癌”筛查、宫颈癌筛查时间近、认知及体验得分高者更愿选择自取样(P<0.05)。结论农村女性HPV居家自取样和场所自取样效果相当,文化程度高、参加过宫颈癌筛查且时间较近、认知及体验水平优的农村女性更愿意选择HPV自取样。
Objective To explore the effects of home-based HPV self-sampling in rural women.Methods From June 2022 to November 2022,600 rural women were recruited in Hangzhou and Jiaxing in Zhejiang Province,and included in the study group(n=257,HPV home self-sampling)and control group(n=286,HPV site self-sampling)respectively by non-random grouping method.Both groups completed the HPV self-sampling cognition,experience and acceptance survey.The sampling success rate,sample acceptance rate within 7 days,qualification rate and the cognition,experience and acceptance were compared.Results The sample success rate between the study group(98.44%,253/257)and the control group(98.95%,283/286)had no significant difference(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in sample qualification rate between the study group(98.05%,252/257)and the control group(98.95%,283/286).The sample acceptance rate of the control group(100.00%,286/286)within 7 days was higher than the study group(97.67%,251/257)and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).A total of 214 cases(83.27%)in the study group and 255 cases(89.16%)in the control group completed the HPV self-sampling questionnaire.Rural women having accepted advanced education and the"two cancers"screening,with high cognition,and experience were more willing to choose self-sampling(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of home-based HPV self-sampling in rural women is similar to site-based self-sampling.Rural women with high,cognition and experience degree of HPV self-sampling,and participating of the"two cancers"screening were more willing to choose HPV self-sampling.
