摘要
目的:探究城市老年人生命旺盛感与心理幸福感的关联机制。方法:采用面对面问卷调查法,实地调查了764名城市老年人。测量工具包括生命旺盛感量表、乐观-悲观量表、自我老化态度量表、感知社会支持量表、殷盛感量表;运用回归分析和斜率分析检验生命旺盛感与心理幸福感关系中的调节机制。结果:城市老年人的生命旺盛感能够积极预测老年人的心理幸福感,乐观人格倾向(B=-0.209,P<0.01)和感知社会支持(B=-0.233,P<0.01)负向调节生命旺盛感对心理幸福感的影响,自我老化态度(B=0.315,P<0.01)正向调节生命旺盛感对心理幸福感的影响。结论:积极培育城市老年人习得性乐观品质、培塑城市老年人正向的老化态度,增加对城市老年人的社会支持有利于实现城市老年人生命旺盛感对心理幸福感的增益作用。
Objective To investigate the association mechanism of thriving in life on psychological well-being among urban older adults.Methods A total of 764 urban older adults were conducted questionnaire survey via anonymous face-to-face interviews.The thriving in life scale,optimism-pessimism scale,attitude toward own aging scale,perceived social support scale,and psychological well-being scale were used,and regression analysis and slope analysis were applied to examine the moderating mechanisms in the relationship between thriving in life and psychological well-being.Results The thriving in life can positively predict the psychological well-being of urban older adults.Optimistic personality and perceived social support played negatively moderating effects in the relationship between thriving in life and psychological well-being,while attitude toward own aging played positively moderating effects in the relationship between them.Conclusion Active cultivation of learned optimistic qualities positive attitudes toward aging,and increased social support among older adults were conducive to the influence of thriving in life on psychological well-being.
