摘要
伴随着国企改革工作的不断深入,国有企业逐步走向革新发展道路,为国企改革政策落实奠定良好基础,但企业内部财务风险管控中依然存在诸多问题。基于此,文章将围绕国企改革背景下的企业财务工作展开研究,分别阐述了国企改革背景下财务管理面临的风险问题及防控措施,最后提出国企改革背景下财务转型的新思考,旨在规范国企财务活动流程,增强企业风险防范能力,深刻筑牢安全底线,顺利达到转型发展目标,以期为相关人士提供有效参考。
With the continuous deepening of state-owned enterprise reform,state-owned enterprises are gradually moving towards the path of reform and development,laying a solid foundation for the implementation of state-owned enterprise reform policies.However,there are still many problems in the internal financial risk control of enterprises.Based on this,this article will focus on the financial work of enterprises under the background of state-owned enterprise reform,elaborating on the risk issues and prevention and control measures faced by financial management under the background of state-owned enterprise reform.Finally,new ideas for financial transformation under the background of state-owned enterprise reform are proposed,aiming to standardize the financial activity process of state-owned enterprises,enhance their risk prevention capabilities,deeply establish a safe bottom line,and successfully achieve the transformation and development goals,in order to provide effective reference for relevant personnel.
