摘要
文章深入探讨了引入复杂性科学理论以深化供应链经济稳定性的认知,探索了基于代币化的大宗商品贸易融资新模式,并提出了推动建立全球统一的大宗商品贸易融资监管体系的必要性。通过引入复杂性科学理论,特别是网络科学和系统动力学,可以更精确地描述供应链的复杂结构和动态行为,从而更有效地预防供应链中断和制订风险管理策略。同时,基于代币化的大宗商品贸易融资新模式有望提高交易的透明性和效率,降低融资成本,并吸引更广泛的参与者进入市场。然而,为了充分发挥这些创新模式的潜力,需要推动建立全球统一的大宗商品贸易融资监管体系,以消除跨境融资障碍和风险,促进大宗商品贸易的健康发展。
This paper deeply discusses the introduction of complexity science theory to deepen the understanding of supply chain economic stability,explores a new model of commodity trade finance based on tokenization,and proposes the necessity of promoting the establishment of a unified global commodity trade finance regulatory system.By introducing complexity science theory,especially network science and system dynamics,the complex structure and dynamic behavior of supply chain can be described more accurately,so as to prevent supply chain disruption and formulate risk management strategies more effectively.At the same time,the new model of commodity trade finance based on tokenization is expected to improve the transparency and efficiency of transactions,reduce financing costs,and attract a wider range of participants to the market.However,in order to fully realize the potential of these innovative models,there is a need to promote the establishment of a globally unified regulatory system for commodity trade finance to remove barriers and risks to cross-border financing and promote the healthy development of commodity trade.
