摘要
当前,许多国企发展势头良好,规模不断扩张,不可避免地导致资本结构发生重大变动,对国有企业经营管理提出了更为严峻的挑战。另外,由于较长的回款时间,我国大型国企在今后的经营中也将承受较大的资本和债务经营压力。在此背景下,国企唯有与时俱进,主动变革,推动供应链金融系统的建立,利用内在的信贷优势,才可以更好地缓解付款和债务经营压力,从而逐渐提升国有企业的整体经营管理水平。
Currently,many state-owned enterprises have a good development momentum and are constantly expanding in scale,which inevitably leads to significant changes in their capital structure,posing more severe challenges to the operation and management of stateowned enterprises.In addition,due to the long repayment time,large state-owned enterprises in China will also face significant capital and debt management pressures in their future operations.In this context,state-owned enterprises can only keep up with the times,actively transform,promote the establishment of supply chain finance systems,and utilize their inherent credit advantages to better alleviate payment and debt management pressures,thereby gradually improving the overall management level of state-owned enterprises.
