摘要
质量管理工作,是保证检验机构正常合法运行的基本前提。结合成都市食品药品检验研究院机构改革和多场所搬迁新址的实际情况,围绕质量管理的强制性和必要性,管理体系文件的管理、人员的管理、仪器设备的管理、设施和环境的管理、检验标准与检测方法的管理及其他方面,着重讨论食品检验实验室质量管理工作要素把握点,确保检验机构改革和搬迁后,质量管理体系正常运行,保证检验机构工作正常合法开展,以供其他检验检测机构参考和借鉴。
Quality management is the basic precursor to ensure the normal and legitimate operation of the inspection agency.Taking the reform and multiple locations relocate to new address of the Chengdu Food and Drug Institute as an example,around the mandatory and necessity of quality management,management of system documents,personnel,instruments,facilities and environment,inspection standards and testing methods and other aspects,discuss the quality management in food inspection laboratories,ensuring the normal operation of the quality management system after the reform and relocation of inspection institutions,and ensuring the normal and lawful operation of inspection institution work,for reference and reference by other inspection and testing institutions.
