摘要
主要研究采用固态增压装置进行自动有载调压后,实现过电流保护的技术。当采用固态增压装置进行自动有载调压以后,预期两相短路电流发生变化,过电流保护灵敏度不确定,导致过电流保护误动作或拒动作等问题,系统可靠性和安全性降低。设计出固态增压器自适应过电流保护技术,通过实时监控电流和电压值,自动改变保护整定值;最后,基于Simulink仿真平台验证了该方案的可靠性和灵敏性。
This paper mainly focuses on the technology of over-current protection after automatic on-load voltage regulation by solid-state pressurization device.When the solid-state supercharging device is used for automatic on-load voltage regulation,it is expected that the two-phase short-circuit current will change,and the sensitivity of overcurrent protection will be uncertain,which will lead to problems such as misoperation and rejection of overcurrent protection,and reduce the reliability and safety of the system.In this paper,the adaptive overcurrent protection technology of solid-state supercharger is designed,which can automatically change the protection setting value by monitoring the current and voltage values in real time.Finally,based on the Simulink simulation platform,the reliability and sensitivity of the scheme are verified.
