摘要
介绍了一种核电厂海水系统用UNS N08367超级奥氏体不锈钢大直径无缝管的制造工艺,分析了产品性能。采用斜轧热穿孔+热轧+均整+冷拔工艺,通过优化化学成分和管坯加热温度,控制轧制温度,避免产生α相铁素体和不均匀碳氮化物组织,以及合理设计热处理制度,控制热处理温度、保温时间及冷却速率,避免了有害相的析出,成功研发出了核电厂海水系统用UNS N08367超级奥氏体不锈钢大直径无缝管。研究结果表明,该UNS N08367大直径无缝管具有金相组织均一、力学性能稳定及腐蚀性能优异的特点,可以用于压水堆核电厂海水系统。
Described here in the article is the manufacturing process of the large-sized UNS N08367 super austenitic stainless steel seamless pipe for the seawater system of the nuclear power plant.Also analyzed is the performance of the said pipe.The large-sized UNS N08367 super austenitic steel seamless pipe for the seawater system of the nuclear power plant is successfully developed and produced by means of a number of measures,including the combined process of rotaryrolling hot piercing+hot-rolling+reeling+cold drawing,optimizing the chemical composition and the billet heating temperature,and controlling the rolling temperature so as to avoiding the development of the α phase ferrite and the inhomogeneous carbon nitride structure,and properly designing the heat treatment scheme,controlling the heat treatment temperature,holding time and cooling rate to avoid precipitation of the harmful phase,etc.The research result shows that the above mentioned seamless pipe features homogeneous metallographic structure,consistent mechanical properties and excellent corrosion resistance,being suitable for servicing in the seawater system of the pressurized reactor nuclear power plant.
