教学诊断与改进视角下中职语文新课标实施策略的探究——以柳州市第二职业技术学校为例

摘要 该文以柳州市第二职业技术学校为研究对象,立足教学诊断与改进的独特视角,对《中等职业学校语文课程标准(2020版)》的实施策略进行了系统而深入的探究。作者通过对语文课堂观察、教师教案检查、学生作业分析以及师生访谈等方式,对该校语文教学现状进行全面诊断,找出存在的问题和根源。针对问题根源,从学生、教师、学校三个维度切入,结合新课标核心与要求,提出了一系列有针对性的改进措施和实施策略,旨在提高中职语文教学的质量和效果,促进学生语文素养的全面提升。 Taking Liuzhou No.2 Vocational and Technical School as the research object,and based on the unique perspective of teaching diagnosis and improvement,this paper conducts a systematic and in-depth exploration of the implementation strategies of the Chinese Curriculum Standards for Secondary Vocational Schools(2020 Edi-tion).Through Chinese classroom observation,inspection of teachers’lesson plans,analysis of students’home-work,and interviews on teachers and students,the writer conducts a comprehensive diagnosis of the current situa-tion of Chinese teaching in the school and finds out the existing problems and root causes.In view of the root causes of the problems,from the three dimensions of students,teachers,and the school,combined with the core and requirements of the new curriculum standards,a series of targeted improvement measures and implementa-tion strategies are proposed,aiming to improve the quality and effectiveness of Chinese teaching in secondary vo-cational schools and promote the comprehensive improvement of students’competence in Chinese.
