摘要
目的:探讨国际期刊撤回生物医学领域麻醉学专业论文的特征与演变趋势,为我国麻醉学领域科研生态的健康发展及科研诚信体系的建设提供支撑依据。方法:通过Retraction Watch数据库收集麻醉学专业论文撤稿数据,全面分析撤稿论文在不同年份、期刊、文章类型、出版商、撤稿原因和所属国别间的变化特征及发展趋势。结果:从1993年11月至今,国际期刊累计撤回麻醉学专业论文778篇,其中研究性论文占绝大多数(89.33%)。撤稿论文分布于53个出版商所发行的155种国际期刊。撤稿原因主要包括来自公司/机构/第三方的调查、作者的不当行为和篡改/捏造数据等学术不端行为。撤稿论文广泛分布于亚洲、欧洲、北美洲、非洲和大洋洲的40个国家。其中,日本位居首位(41.39%,322/778),德国次之(24.68%,192/778),中国位列第三(15.81%,123/778)。结论:生物医学领域麻醉学专业科研失信问题较为突出,应加强科研诚信教育,完善学术评价体系,加大对科研失信行为的处罚力度,强化监管,以提升麻醉学专业的科研质量,推动麻醉学专业科研生态的健康发展。
Objective:To explore the characteristics and evolution trend of the withdrawal of anesthesiology papers from international journals in the biomedical field,so as to provide support for the healthy development of scien-tific research ecology in the field of anesthesiology and the construction of scientific research integrity system in China.Methods:The retraction data of anesthesiology professional papers were collected through the Retraction Watch database to comprehensively analyze the change characteristics and development trend of retraction papers in different years,journals,article types,publishers,reasons for retraction and countries.Results:From November 1993 to now,a total of 778 papers on anesthesiology were withdrawn in international journals,of which research articles accounted for the vast majority(89.33%).The retracted papers were published in 155 international jour-nals published by 53 publishers.The reasons for retractions mainly include a variety of academic misconduct such as investigations by company/institution/third party,misconduct by author and falsification/fabrication of data.Retracted papers are widely distributed in 40 countries in Asia,Europe,North America,Africa and Oceania.Japan ranked first(41.39%,322/778),followed by Germany(24.68%,192/778),and China ranked third(15.81%,123/778).Conclusion:Research dishonesty in anesthesiology is a serious problem in the biomedical field.It is necessary to strengthen research integrity education,improve academic evaluation system,increase punishment for research dishonesty,and strengthen supervision,so as to improve the quality of research in anesthesiology and promote the healthy development of research ecology in anesthesiology.
