摘要
本研究通过模拟内衣穿着时受到多个方向拉伸的使用场景,开发测试内衣舒适性弹力值的方法。方法利用一个模拟人体肩部、肘部、膝部的半球体,顶伸夹持在环形夹持装置中的待测试样,记录试样被顶伸至一定高度的弹力值。通过改变顶伸速度、顶伸高度,分析其对内衣舒适性弹力值的影响。研究结果表明:当采用顶伸速度为20 mm/min、顶伸高度为12 mm进行测试时,可有效获得与实际匹配性较好的内衣舒适性弹力值。
This study develops a method to test the elastic value of underwear comfort by simulating the usage scenarios where the underwear is stretched in multiple directions when being worn.The method utilizes a hemispherical body simulating the human shoulder,elbow,and knee to top-stretch and hold the sample to be tested in the annular clamping device,and records the elastic value of the sample when it is top-stretched to a certain height.By changing the top-stretching speed and top-stretching height,the impact on the elastic value of underwear comfort is analyzed.The research results show that when the top-stretching speed is 20 mm/min and the top-stretching height is 12 mm for testing,the elastic value of underwear comfort with good matching to the actual situation can be effectively obtained.
