摘要
目的观察当归芍药散联合温针治疗肝郁脾虚型肠易激综合征(IBS)患者的临床疗效。方法选取2021年10月至2022年12月我院门诊和住院收治的70例符合肝郁脾虚证的IBS患者,依据随机数字表法分为两组,分别观察、记录、对比观察组(35例,当归芍药散联合温针治疗)与对照组(35例,匹维溴铵片+地衣芽孢杆菌活菌胶囊治疗)患者治疗前、治疗后以及停药1月后中医证候积分、病情严重程度量表(IBS-SSS)积分、生活质量量表(IBS-QOL)积分以及治疗后的治疗总有效率。结果治疗4周后观察组总有效率(94.29%)高于对照组(77.14%)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后以及停药1月后两组患者IBS-SSS积分、IBS-QOL积分均低于对照组(均P<0.05);治疗停药1月后观察组中医证候积分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。结论当归芍药散联合温针能够明显改善肝郁脾虚证IBS患者临床症状以生活质量。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of the combination of Danggui Shaoyao San and warm acupuncture in the treatment of IBS patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods Seventy cases of IBS patients admitted to outpatient and inpatient clinics of our hospitals,which were consistent with the evidence of liver depression and spleen deficiency,were divided into two groups based on the randomized numerical table method,observe,record,and compare the TCM evidence points,illness severity scale(IBS-SSS)points,quality of life scale(IBS-QOL)points,and total effective rate of treatment before treatment,after treatment,and after 1 month of stopping treatment between patients in the observation group(35 cases,Danggui Shaoyao San combined with warm needle therapy)and the control group(35 cases,pivoxyl bromide tablets+Bacillus licheniformis live bacterial capsules therapy),respectively.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(94.29%)was higher than that of the control group(77.14%)after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05);the IBS-SSS scores and IBS-QOL scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those of the control group after treatment and after 1 month of stopping the drug in the observation group(both P<0.05);and the Chinese medicine evidence scores of the observation group after 1 month of stopping the drug in the observation group were lower than those of the control group after 1 month of stopping the drug in the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Danggui Shaoyao San and warm acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life in IBS patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.
