摘要
目的分析Cook球囊引产后实施心理干预对改善妊娠结局的临床意义。方法本研究选取2022年1月至2023年6月本院实施Cook球囊引产的72例产妇为研究对象,随机分为对照组和试验组,各36例。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在常规护理基础上增加心理干预护理。比较两组产妇的自然分娩率、剖宫产分娩率、产钳分娩率及不良事件发生率,并进行心理状态和护理满意度评分对比。结果试验组自然分娩率高于对照组,不良事件发生率低于对照组(均P<0.05),两组剖宫产分娩率、产钳分娩率相比(均P>0.05)。试验组产程时间短、产后出血量少,心理状态评分低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论Cook球囊引产后增加心理干预可以有效改善产妇的妊娠结局,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective This study aims to analyze the clinical significance of implementing psychological interventions following Cook ballooninduced labor in improving pregnancy outcomes.Methods Seventy-two cases of women who underwent Cook balloon induction of labour in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were selected for this study and randomly divided into a control group and a test group of 36 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the experimental group added psychological intervention care on the basis of routine care.Comparison of the rates of spontaneous delivery,caesarean section delivery,forceps delivery and the incidence of adverse events between the two groups,and comparison of psychological status and nursing satisfaction scores.Results The rate of spontaneous delivery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of adverse events was lower than that in the control group(both P<0.05),and the rates of caesarean section delivery and forceps delivery were compared between the two groups(both P>0.05).The duration of labour in the experimental group was shorter,the amount of postpartum haemorrhage was less,and the psychological state scores were lower,and nursing satisfaction score were higher than those of the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusions The addition of psychological interventions after Cook balloon-induced labor can effectively improve pregnancy outcomes for parturients and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
