摘要
目的:探讨养老机构老年人适应障碍的影响因素。方法:选取2020年8月—2021年12月入住广州市老人院医院的老年人90名作为研究对象,根据是否患有适应障碍分为病例组(n=60)和对照组(n=30)。收集老年人基本信息,评估老年人认知能力、社会参与能力、心理状态,分析养老机构老年人适应障碍的影响因素。结果:睡眠情况、同住老年人情况、慢性病、认知能力、社会参与能力、焦虑、抑郁是养老机构老年人适应障碍的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:养老机构老年人适应障碍与多项因素有关,应采取针对性的应对措施预防适应障碍,保障老年人健康生活。
Objective:To explore the influencing factors for adjustment disorder among elderly people in elderly care institutions.Methods:A total of 90 elderly people admitted to Guangzhou Elderly Hospital from August 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into case group(n=60)and control group(n=30)according to the presence of adjustment disorder.The basic information of the elderly people were collected.The cognitive ability,social participation ability and psychological state of the elderly people were evaluated.The influencing factors for adjustment disorder among elderly people in elderly care institutions were analyzed.Results:The sleep status,elderly cohabitants status,chronic disease,cognitive ability,social participation ability,anxiety and depression were the influencing factors for adjustment disorder among elderly people in elderly care institutions.Conclusion:Adjustment disorder among elderly people in elderly care institutions is related with several factors.It is necessary to take targeted measures to prevent adjustment disorder and ensure health life of elderly people.
