摘要
目的 基于神经肽角度探析鼻内针刺治疗变应性鼻炎疗效及其作用机制。方法 将60例变应性鼻炎患者用随机数字表法分为两组,每组30例。试验组采用鼻内针刺治疗,对照组采用氯雷他定片治疗,疗程2周,治疗前后分别观察患者鼻部症状积分(TNSS)、鼻伴随症状积分(TNNSS)、鼻结膜炎生活质量调查问卷(RQLQ)、鼻部症状视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分变化,以及鼻腔分泌物P物质(SP)、血管活性肠肽(VIP)、神经肽Y(NPY)的含量。结果 两组患者治疗后TNSS、TNNSS、RQLQ、VAS评分均下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组SP、VIP浓度较治疗前降低,NPY较治疗前增高,治疗后试验组与对照组差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 鼻内针刺临床疗效确切,可通过降低SP、VIP浓度及升高NPY浓度显著改善AR患者临床症状。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and mechanism of intranasal acupuncture in the treatment of allergic rhinitis(AR)from the perspective of neuropeptide.Methods A total of 60 patients with AR were divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The experimental group was treated with intranasal acupuncture and the control group was treated with loratadine tablets for 2 weeks,and the changes in total nasal symptom scores(TNSS),total non nasal symptom score(TNNSS),rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire(RQLQ),nasal symptom visual analog scale(VAS)score,and nasal secretion P substance(SP),vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)and neuropeptide Y(NPY)were observed before and after treatment.Results The scores of TNSS,TNNSS,RQLQ and VAS decreased after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The concentrations of SP and VIP in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the NPY increased compared with that before treatment,and the differences between the experimental group and the control group after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of intranasal acupuncture is certain,and the clinical symptoms of AR patients can be significantly improved by reducing the concentration of SP and VIP and increasing the concentration of NPY.
