摘要
关节的开与阖,气机的升降出入等,皆以枢为轴,中枢起着调节的作用,对人体的五脏六腑、四肢百骸都起着重要作用。在人体经络中,少阳经主枢机,半表半里,半阴半阳,少阳主枢理论在临床实践中应用广泛。该文通过阐述“少阳主枢”的中医内涵,结合自己推拿治疗颈性眩晕的临床实例,探讨其作用机理,尝试扩展推拿治疗思路,以期为同道治疗此类疾患提供理论支撑。
The opening and closing of joints,the rising and falling of Qi and so on,all take the pivot as the axis.The central role plays an important role in regulating the internal organs,limbs and bones of the human body.In the meridians of the human body,the Shaoyang meridian is the main pivot,half-surface and half-depth,half-Yin and half-Yang.The theory of Shaoyang as the main pivot is widely used in clinical practice.In this paper,through the elaboration of traditional Chinese medicine connotation of“Shaoyang dominating pivot”and combining with their own Tuina treatment of cervical vertigo clinical examples,it explored its mechanism of action and tried to expand the Tuina treatment ideas,in order to provide theoretical support for the treatment of such diseases.
