摘要
目的探讨miR-205、血清淀粉样蛋白A(SAA)联合评估早期自发性早产的价值。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月于我院建档并随访至分娩的自发性早产孕妇137例(早产组)和正常分娩孕妇165例(对照组)为研究对象,实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(RT-qPCR)测定血清中miR-205水平,GenruiPA300全自动特定蛋白分析仪检测SAA浓度,分析二者评估早期自发性早产的价值。结果早产组miR-205、SAA分别为(1.51±0.43)RQ,65.19(33.66,126.62)mg/L,显著高于对照组[(0.73±0.21)RQ,8.66(5.34,11.95)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(t=19.404,Z=-10.179,均P<0.05)。miR-205、SAA评估早期自发性早产的曲线下面积分别为0.954、0.885,miR-205曲线下面积较大,二者联合诊断价值最高,曲线下面积为0.971。结论miR-205评估早期自发性早产价值较高,临床可联合检测miR-205、SAA以提高评估效能。
Objective To investigate the value of serum miR-205 and serum amyloid A(SAA)in assessing early spontaneous preterm delivery.Methods 137 pregnant women of spontaneous preterm delivery(preterm group)and 165 pregnant women with normal delivery(control group)who were admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected for the study and followed up until delivery.The value of both in the assessment of early spontaneous preterm delivery was analyzed using real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction to test the concentrations of miR-205 in serum,and the concentration of SAA was analyzed using the Genrui PA300 automated specific protein analyzer.Results MiR-205 and SAA of the preterm group were(1.51±0.43)RQ and 65.19(33.66,126.62)mg/L,which were significantly higher than those in the control group[(0.73±0.21)RQ and 8.66(5.34,11.95)mg/L]with statistically significant differences(t=19.404,Z=-10.179,P<0.05).The area under the curve of miR-205 and SAA to assess early spontaneous preterm delivery was 0.954 and 0.885 respectively.MiR-205 had a greater area under the curve and the combined diagnostic value of the two was the highest,with an area under the curve of 0.971.Conclusion MiR-205 is of high value in assessing early spontaneous preterm delivery,miR-205 and SAA can be tested in combination to improve the efficacy of assessment.
