摘要
介绍家庭照顾者获益感的概念辨析及理论依据,对孤独症谱系障碍患儿家庭照顾者获益感的干预研究进行综述,包括书写情感表露、照顾者技能培训、同伴支持干预、Mind the Gap、接受与承诺疗法、亲子合作式音乐治疗、正念瑜伽干预和萨提亚模式干预,并提出对我国开展关于孤独症谱系障碍患儿家庭照顾者获益感干预的思考与展望。
This article introduces the concept analysis and theoretical basis of family caregiver benefit finding,reviews intervention research on benefit finding of family caregivers in children with autism spectrum disorder,including writing emotional expression,caregiver skill training,peer support intervention,Mind the Gap,acceptance and commitment therapy,parent-child cooperative music therapy,mindfulness yoga intervention,and Satir model intervention.This article also proposes thoughts and prospects for conducting interventions on benefit finding of family caregivers in children with autism spectrum disorder in China.
