摘要
目的:通过测试8周基于中医呼吸导引术理论的循环抗阻训练前后青年女性最大摄氧量(VO_(2)max)、通气阈(VT)、心率(HR)、人体z轴的重力加速度(+Gz)超重耐力耐受时间等指标的变化,探讨循环抗阻训练的有效性及有氧运动能力与+Gz超重耐力的关系。方法:24名20~32岁无系统训练经验的青年女性按照安全随机抽样方法随机分为对照组和观察组,观察组进行8周中等强度的循环抗阻训练,训练3次/周,60 min/次,8周前后2组受试者分别进行运动心肺功能测试和超重耐力检查。结果:观察组8周前后自身比较,以及8周后观察组与对照组比较:VO_(2)max(P<0.05)、VT(P<0.01)、+Gz超重耐力耐受时间(P<0.05)均显著性增加;2)VO_(2)max数值在36~42 mL/(min·kg)区间范围内,受试者完成+3.5Gz的人数较多;3)VO_(2)max小于等于42 mL/(min·kg)时,超重耐力耐受时间与VO_(2)max、VT显著正相关(P<0.01)。结论:8周循环抗阻训练能够有效提高青年女性受试者的有氧运动能力和+Gz超重耐力水平;2)VO_(2)max数值在36~42 mL/(min·kg)区间范围内,女性受试者+Gz超重耐力耐受时间较高;3)通气阈心率(HRvt)可以作为一种无创运动强度控制手段在提高+Gz超重耐力的有氧耐力训练中进行科学使用。
Objective:To investigate the effect of cyclic resistance training based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)breathing guidance theory on various physiological parameters in young women,including maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2)max),ventilatory threshold(VT),heart rate(HR),and+Gz endurance after 8-week training and explore the relationship between aerobic capacity and+Gz endurance.Methods:Twenty-four young women aged 20 to 32,without prior systematic training experience,were randomly assigned to a control group and an observation group.The observation group underwent 8 weeks of moderate-intensity cyclic resistance training,three times per week for 60 min each session.Before and after the training period,both groups underwent tests to evaluate exercise cardiopulmonary function and+Gz endurance.Results:Compared to their own pre-training values and to the control group post-training,the observation group showed significant increases in VO_(2)max(P<0.05),VT(P<0.01),and+Gz tolerance endurance time(P<0.05).The number of participants who completed+3.5 Gz was higher when VO_(2)max was in the range of 36 to 42 mL/(min·kg).When VO_(2)max was less than or equal to 42 mL/(min·kg),there was a significant positive correlation between+Gz tolerance endurance time and both VO_(2)max and VT(P<0.01).Conclusion:The findings suggest that 8 weeks of cyclic resistance training based on TCM breathing guidance theory effectively enhances aerobic capacity and+Gz endurance in young women.Women with VO_(2)max in the range of 36 to 42 mL/(min·kg)show higher+Gz tolerance endurance.VT and HR can be scientifically used as a non-invasive means of controlling exercise intensity in aerobic endurance training to enhance+Gz tolerance.
