摘要
习近平总书记把握时代科技革命大潮、把脉中国经济发展形势、掌握中国式现代化发展的历史主动与战略主动,创造性地提出了新质生产力概念。新质生产力代表了生产力的革新和未来发展方向,在马克思自然力理论的视角下,人的自然力、自然界的自然力、社会劳动的自然力理论是探寻加快形成新质生产力的理论渊源。传统发展方式难以为继与战略性新兴产业快速发展构成发展新质生产力的历史契机。从马克思的自然力理论出发,我国发展新质生产力助力高质量发展的路径选择在于:以“生产力”为抓手,培养人才创新力、构建绿色生产力、健全分配保障力,即以提高创新型人才培养力度、科学开发与利用自然资源、保障和改善民生为着力点,从而加快形成新质生产力,促进经济高质量发展。
General Secretary Xi Jinping grasped the tide of the scientific and technological revolution of The Times,took the pulse of China’s economic development situation,grasped the historical initiative and strategic initiative of Chinesestyle modernization development,and creatively put forward the concept of new quality productivity.The new quality productive forces represent the innovation and future development direction of productive forces.From the perspective of Marx’s natural force theory,the natural force of man,the natural force of nature and the natural force of social labor are the theoretical sources to explore and accelerate the formation of new quality productive forces.Facing the internal and external opportunities brought by the unsustainable traditional development mode and the rapid development of strategic emerging industries,it is urgent to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity.Starting from Marx’s theory of natural force,the choice of ways to promote the development of new quality productive forces in our country lies in:With“productivity”as the starting point,cultivating talent innovation,building green productivity,and improving distribution security,that is,improving the cultivation of innovative talents,scientific development and utilization of natural resources,and ensuring and improving people’s livelihood as the focus,so as to accelerate the formation of new quality productivity and promote highquality economic development.
