摘要
目的探讨佐米曲普坦联合经颅磁刺激治疗急性发作期无先兆偏头痛(MwoA)的效果。方法选择2020年9月至2022年6月收治的120例急性发作期MwoA患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组接受佐米曲普坦联合线圈假刺激治疗,研究组接受佐米曲普坦联合经颅磁刺激治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组的视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分以及疼痛发作频率均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的5-羟色胺(5-HT)水平均升高,P物质(SP)及β-内啡肽(β-EP)水平均降低,且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的偏头痛特异性生活质量问卷(MSQ)各维度评分均升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论佐米曲普坦联合经颅磁刺激治疗急性发作期MwoA可显著减轻患者的疼痛症状,降低疼痛发作频率,改善生活质量,且具有较高的安全性,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of zolmitriptan combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of migraine without aura(MwoA)in acute attack stage.Methods A total of 120 patients with MwoA in acute attack stage admitted from September 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with zolmitriptan combined with coil sham stimulation,and the study group was treated with zolmitriptan combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)score and pain attack frequency of the two groups decreased,and those in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)in the two groups increased,and the levels of substance P(SP)andβ-endorphin(β-EP)decreased,and those in the study group were better than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of each dimension of Migraine Specific Quality-of-Life Questionnaire(MSQ)in the two groups increased,and those in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Zolmitriptan combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of MwoA in acute attack stage can significantly decline the pain symptoms of patients,reduce the frequency of pain attacks,improve the quality of life,and has high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
