摘要
通过红外光谱、质谱、元素分析和核磁共振等仪器分析结果,推断有机化合物的分子结构是制药、材料、化工和生物等理工学科专业学生需要掌握的综合性实验技能和波谱分析能力。该文以吲哚美辛为例,设计了有机化合物结构鉴定的综合实验,演示如何依据红外光谱、质谱、元素分析和核磁共振等实验结果综合解析推导有机化合物的分子结构,以全面提高学生的现代仪器综合分析能力。
Structural identification of organic compounds is mainly the process of inferring the molecular structure of organic compounds through infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry,element analysis and NMR.It is a comprehensive experimental skills and spectroscopic analysis ability that students in pharmaceutical,materials,chemical and biology need to master.Takeing indomethacin as on example,a comprehensive experiment on structural identification of organic compounds was designed to demonstrate how to comprehensively derive the molecular structure of organic compounds based on experimental results such as infrared spectroscopy,mass spectrometry,elemental analysis and NMR,so as to comprehensively improve students'comprehensive analysis ability of modern instruments.
