柴油机DTI试验影响温升因素的研究

摘要 目前国六和非道路四阶段法规对柴油机尾气中颗粒限值越来越严格,对颗粒捕集器DPF的综合性能要求很严苛,其中一项就是在再生过程中,车辆突然降至怠速时因排气流量瞬间降低,而DPF内温度很高,热量无法快速排出,会导致DPF内部温度快速升高,非常考验DPF载体耐热能力,如果不摸清DPF的耐热能力和温度极限,确定DPF一个安全累碳量,后期市场上极大可能产生很高的故障率,造成成本提升和信誉降低。所以需要对载体的耐热应力性能及其耐久性能进行验证摸底,DTI试验就是测试DPF耐高温的一种方法,研究DTI试验测试影响因素,有助于很好的把控试验过程,规避试验失败的因素,提升试验成功率,降低重复测试成本和试验周期。 At present,the national six and off-road stage four regulations are more and more strict on the particle limit in diesel exhaust,and the comprehensive performance requirements of particle catcher DPF are very strict.One of them is that in the regeneration process,when the vehicle suddenly drops to idle speed,the exhaust flow decreases instantly,and the temperature in the DPF is very high,the heat cannot be discharged quickly,resulting in a rapid increase in the internal temperature of the DPF.It is very difficult to test the heat resistance of DPF carrier.If the heat resistance and temperature limit of DPF are not found out and a safe carbon accumulation amount of DPF is determined,a very high failure rate may be generated in the later market,resulting in increased cost and reduced reputation.Therefore,it is necessary to verify and find out the heat stress performance and durability of the carrier.DTI test is a method to test the high temperature resistance of DPF.Studying the influencing factors of DTI test is helpful to better control the test process,avoid the factors of test failure,improve the success rate of test,and reduce the cost of repeated test and test cycle.
