摘要
在中国式现代化新征程中,习近平面对国内外构建人海和谐共生关系的现实需要,在继承马克思主义生态文明观、传承历代中国共产党人海洋建设思想、汲取中华优秀传统文化中生态智慧的基础上,形成了关于海洋生态文明建设重要论述,其主要内容包括:海洋事业关系国家兴衰安危的战略地位论、坚持陆海统筹与人海和谐的系统整体论、用严密法治保护海洋生态文明的依法治海论、加强海洋生态文明建设走向海洋强国的目标定位论、为子孙后代留下碧海蓝天的生态为民论、推动构建海洋命运共同体的世界愿景论。习近平关于海洋生态文明建设重要论述,丰富了马克思主义生态文明观,为我国海洋生态文明建设提供了明确的发展方向,也为全球海洋生态文明建设贡献了中国智慧。
In the new journey of Chinese path to modernization,Xi Jinping,facing the practical needs of building a harmonious symbiotic relationship between people and the ocean at home and abroad,has formed an important discussion on the construction of marine ecological civilization on the basis of inheriting the Marxist concept of marine ecological civilization,inheriting the concept of marine construction of the CPC of all generations,and drawing on the ecological wisdom in China’s excellent traditional culture.Its main contents include:the strategic position theory of the relationship between the marine industry and the rise and fall of the country,the system integrity theory of adhering to land-sea coordination and human-sea harmony,the legal governance theory of protecting marine ecological civilization with strict rule of law,the goal positioning theory of strengthening the construction of marine ecological civilization towards becoming a maritime power,the ecological people-oriented theory of leaving blue oceans and blue skies for future generations,and the world vision theory of promoting the construction of maritime community with a shared future.Xi Jinping’s important discourse on the construction of marine ecological civilization not only enriches the Marxist concept of marine ecological civilization,provides a clear direction for China’s marine ecological civilization construction,but also contributes Chinese wisdom to the global construction of marine ecological civilization.
