摘要
利用电化学沉积法,在铜网表面沉积银膜后用硬脂酸进行修饰,制得超疏水-超亲油性网膜。对铜网的表面形貌、晶体结构和润湿性等进行研究。探讨了银膜制备时间、铜网孔径、含油量和油品种类等对超疏水-超亲油性铜网油水分离性能的影响。
In this paper,the superhydrophobic-superoleophilic omentum was prepared by electrochemical deposition method after silver film was deposited on the surface of copper mesh and modified with stearic acid.The surface morphology,crystal structure and wettability of copper mesh were studied.The effects of silver film preparation time,copper mesh aperture,oil content and oil type on the oil-water separation performance of superhydrophobic and superoleophilic copper mesh were discussed.
