摘要
制备了以环氧树脂为基体,氧化钨和玄武岩粉为填料的复合辐射屏蔽材料。通过XRD和SEM对复合材料进行表征。通过热重分析和辐射性能测试填充氧化钨和玄武岩粉后的复合辐射屏蔽材料。结果表明,采用kh560表面改性的WO_(3)/玄武岩粉混杂颗粒填充环氧树脂的分散良好;WO_(3)和玄武岩粉的填充增加了复合材料的热稳定性和辐射屏蔽能力,在59.5 keV能量下,质量分数50%WO_(3)的质量衰减系数是纯环氧树脂的7倍。
The composite radiation shielding material with epoxy resin as matrix,tungsten oxide and basalt powder as filler was prepared.The composites were characterized by XRD and SEM.The composite radiation shielding material filled with tungsten oxide and basalt powder was tested by thermogravimetric analysis and radiation properties.The results show that the dispersion of epoxy resin filled with WO_(3)/basalt powder mixed particles modified by kh560 surface is good.The filling of WO_(3) and basalt powder increases the thermal stability and radiation shielding ability of the composite,and the mass attenuation coefficient of 50%WO_(3) at 59.5 keV energy is 7 times that of pure epoxy resin.
