狭窄空间混凝土结构制式张弦预应力外置钢支撑架单侧支模施工技术

Construction Techniques for Unilateral Formwork Support of External Steel Support Frame of Standard Prestressed String Structure for Narrow Space Concrete Structures

摘要 针对狭窄空间混凝土结构施工中传统单侧支模体系植筋数量大、加固钢支架笨重、不便安装等问题,结合上海交通大学医学院附属瑞金医院消化道肿瘤临床诊疗中心项目,采用制式张弦预应力外置钢支撑架施工技术。制式张弦预应力外置钢支撑架通过调节顶撑机构的长度,使顶撑机构两端分别撑紧工字钢和组合式连接件,预应力张拉弦杆产生拉应力,工字钢受到顶撑的水平作用力抵消了混凝土浇筑时的水平作用力,从而大幅度提高施工效率、降低成本,并消除因大量植筋造成渗漏的质量隐患,确保了竖向结构的平整度垂直度。该施工技术简化了传统单侧支模架体结构、降低了钢外架整体质量、安装便利,同时钢支架设计成制式可拼拆构件,易于安拆及保存,多次循环周转使用得以实现,可为其他类似项目实施提供借鉴。 Aiming at the problems of traditional unilateral formwork support system in the construction of narrow space concrete structure,such as large number of embedded steel reinforcement,heavy reinforced steel support and inconvenient installation,combined with the project of digestive tract tumor clinical diagnosis and treatment center of Ruijin Hospital affiliated to Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University,the construction technology of standard prestressed string external steel support frame is adopted.By adjusting the length of the top bracing mechanism,the standard prestressed string external steel support frame enables two ends of the top bracing mechanism to respectively brace the I-steel and the combined type connecting piece,the prestressed tensioned chord rod generates tensile stress,and the horizontal acting force applied to the I-steel by the top bracing counteracts the horizontal acting force applied during concrete pouring,thereby greatly improving construction efficiency and reducing cost.The quality hidden danger of leakage caused by a large number of planting bars is eliminated,and the flatness and verticality of the vertical structure are ensured.The construction technology simplifies the structure of the traditional single-side formwork support,reduces the overall mass of the steel outer frame,and is convenient to install.At the same time,the steel support is designed as a standard detachable component,which is easy to install,disassemble and store,and can be recycled for many times.It can provide a reference for other similar projects.
