摘要
合龙施工技术一直以来都是连续刚构桥建造中的关键点,随着国内桥梁建造事业的蓬勃发展,桥梁跨度愈来愈大,桥体结构愈来愈复杂,传统的合龙技术难以适应连续刚构桥发展节奏。铜川市玉皇阁二号桥工程采用多跨连续刚构桥左右幅同步顶推一次合龙的施工工艺,12个合龙口一次性合龙属国内首创,其过程控制精度要求高,施工技术挑战大。Midas Civil仿真建模技术可以有效地辅助预测桥梁合龙过程的结构状态,为顶推施工提供数据支撑。玉皇阁二号桥的合龙施工技术研究为工程顺利进行提供了坚实保障,为同类型工程提供了借鉴思路和经验。
Closure construction technology long been a critical aspect in the construction of continuous rigid frame bridges.With the vigorous development of the domestic bridge construction industry,bridge spans are becoming increasingly larger,and bridge structures are becoming more complex.Traditional closure techniques struggle to keep pace with the development of continuous rigid frame bridges.The Yuhuangge No.2 Bridge project in Tongchuan City adopts the pioneering construction method of synchronous incremental launching on both left and right sides and one-time closure for the multi-span continuous rigid frame bridge,with 12 closure openings completed simulataneously—a first in China.This process requires high precision control and presents significant technical challenges.Midas Civil simulation modeling technology can effectively assist in predicting the structural state during the bridge closure process,providing data support for the incremental launching construction.The study on the closure construction technology for the Yuhuangge No.2 Bridge project provides a solid guarantee for its smooth progress and offers a reference for similar projects in terms of ideas and experience.
