新能源乘用车车身安全策略研究

摘要 在新能源蓬勃发展的今天,兼容混动/纯电动力模式的乘用车车身在被动安全设计方面依然存在诸多难点,笔者通过探讨正碰(FRB、SOB)、侧碰(MDB、柱碰)和后碰等典型工况的被动安全设计,尝试系统总结此类兼容车身在开发过程中的思路和方法,解决设计难点,加强公司在车身碰撞安全领域的研发能力,提升车辆安全性,强化岚图安全标签。 In today’s booming development of new energy vehicles,passenger cars that are compatible with hybrid/pure electric power modes still face many difficulties in passive safety design.By exploring passive safety designs in typical scenarios such as frontal collisions(FRB,SOB),side collisions(MDB,pole collisions),and rear collisions,the author attempts to systematically summarize the ideas and methods in the development process of such compatible vehicle bodies.This aims to solve design challenges,strengthen the company’s research and development capabilities in the field of vehicle collision safety,enhance vehicle safety,and reinforce the safety label of Voyah.
