摘要
从“大历史观”来看,“教育强国”是近代以来中国人自己提出的概念和话语。新时代的教育强国建设,是中国应对大国博弈和竞争焦点转变所作出的战略规划和战略选择。从时代境遇来看,“教育强国”是一个蕴含着大国博弈和竞争的概念,是“现代化强国”的下位概念。从教育系统内部来看,教育强国的核心是高等教育强,必须通过充分发挥高等教育的龙头作用来带动教育强国建设。
From the perspective of macro-history,a powerful country in education(PCE)is a concept and discourse proposed by the Chinese people in modern times.The construction of PCE in the new era is a strategic plan and choice made by China to cope with the game among great powers and the shift in competition focus.From the perspective of the times,PCE is a concept that denotes game and competition among great powers,and is a subordinate concept of a modern powerful country.From an internal perspective of the education system,the core of PCE is the strength of higher education.It is necessary to fully leverage the leading role of higher education to drive the construction of PCE.
