全钢载重子午线轮胎垫胶4条挤出工艺问题原因分析及解决措施

摘要 分析全钢载重子午线轮胎垫胶由2条挤出变为4条挤出产生的工艺问题,并提出相应的解决措施。通过采取改造口型板、预口型及调整胶料配方适当减小垫胶粘性等措施,解决了挤出垫胶破边、宽度不一致和粘连等问题,大幅提高了垫胶半成品的尺寸合格率和生产效率,降低了轮胎生产成本和水电消耗。 The causes for 4 pads extrusion process problems made by the change from 2 pads extrusion process for all-steel truck and bus radial tire were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were proposed.By adopting measures such as modifying the die plate and pre die,and adjusting the formula to appropriately reduce the viscosity of the pad compound,the problems of edge breakage,inconsistent width,and adhesion of the extruded pads were solved,greatly improving the size qualification rate and production efficiency of the semi-finished pad,reducing tire production costs,and water and electricity consumption.
