摘要
“双碳”目标愿景下,构建新型电力系统是国家能源战略的重要发展方向,而基建工程是系统构建的基石和有效载体。本文旨在从人员、机械、材料、施工方法、施工环境等方面分析施工过程影响充盈系数的因素,从工程造价全过程管控入手,对电网基建工程混凝土充盈系数管控提出新的方法与途径,确保工程质量达标的同时有效确定工程造价。
Under the“double carbon”goal vision,building a new power system is an important development direction of the national energy strategy,and infrastructure engineering is the cornerstone and eective carrier of system construction.This article aims to analyze the factors affecting the filling coefficient in the construction process from the aspects of personnel,machinery,materials,construction methods,construction environment,etc.,start with the control of the whole process of project cost,and proposenew methods and ways for the control of concretefilling coefficient of power grid infrastructure projects,so as to ensure that the quality of the project meets the standards and eectively determine the project cost.
