摘要
近年来,科里奥利质量流量计在油田矿场计量中得到广泛应用,但现场使用过程中发现,该流量计的计量准确性容易受到测量介质、使用时间、测量管结垢结蜡、零点调整等因素的影响,为进一步提升质量流量计的应用水平,规范指导现场使用。以大量质量流量计检定/校准数据为基础,结合质量流量计在现场使用过程遇到的实际问题,开展了相关试验研究和技术分析,提出了提升质量流量计计量性能的意见及建议。
In recent years,Coriolis mass flow meters have been widely used in oilfield and mining measurement,However,during on-site use,it was found that the measurement accuracy of the flow meter was easily affected by factors such as the measurement medi-um,usage time,scaling and waxing of the measurement tube,zero point adjustment,etc.To further improve the application level of quality flow meters and provide standardized guidance for on-site operation,this article,based on a large amount of verification/cali-bration data of mass flow meters,combined with the practical problems encountered during the on-site use of mass flow meters,car-ries out relevant research and technical analysis,and puts farward some suggestions to improve the measurement performance of mass flow meters.
