摘要
本研究试图通过呈现各层次、各学科基础研究高被引作者的全球分布情况,以及中国基础研究高被引作者的比较优势和差距,为管理决策者超前谋划人才工作、优化相关决策提供参考。基于科睿唯安的In Cites数据库大数据,依托文献计量法,从高被引作者研究领域、活跃期、区域分布、时间分布和层次5个维度,量化分析全球自然科学领域高被引作者的分布和发展趋势。研究发现,尽管高被引作者分布十分广泛,但是分布极不均衡,主要集中在美国、中国、英国和其他发达国家。从总体发展趋势看,美国的高被引作者的优势程度呈现相对下降趋势,中国呈现明显上升趋势。在学科层面,中国数个学科的高被引作者占比已接近甚至超过美国,但是在大多数学科上仍存在明显短板。
The article aims to reveal the results of an international comparative analysis between highly cited natural science researchers in China's Mainland and other major countries to address the need to improve talent measures and policy making.Based on the big data of the InCites database of Clarivate,through bibliometrics analysis,the article quantitatively studied the distribution and development trend of global highly cited researchers from five elements,i.e.research area distribution,active phase,regional distribution,time distribution,researchers’levels.The findings showed that although highly cited researchers were widely distributed,the distribution was largely uneven,mainly in the US,China,Britain,and other developed countries.Regarding the development trend,the advantage of the highly cited researchers from the US was relatively decreasing,while China’s advantage was significantly increasing.The performance of highly cited researchers from China improved significantly,and the proportion of the highly cited researchers in certain subjects outnumbered the US.However,the majority of the subjects were still weak.
