基于位置管理系统的施工进度计划应用研究

摘要 传统关键路径法(CPM)在连续生产流及其相应资源配置管理方面存在不足。基于位置的管理系统(LBMS)能够弥补此类缺点。本研究实际应用自主研发的基于位置管理工具对关键路径法计划进行分析,并优化生产计划。研究结果显示,LBMS可在不影响项目持续时间的情况下,建立连续工作流程、平衡生产速率、优化资源配置。优化后的LBMS计划要素较少,其流线图效果简洁直观,利于生产各方沟通。 The traditional planning method,the Critical Path Method(CPM)is deficient in the management of continuous production flow and resource allocation.Location-based management system(LBMS) can compensate for such deficiencies.Based on actual project cases,this paper analyzed and improved CPM schedule by applying LBMS with the authors' independent development.The result of the study showed that LBMS could establish continuous workflows,balance production rate,optimize resources allocation without much interruptions or affecting project duration.Furthermore,LBMS schedules were optimized with fewer planning elements,hence its flowline graph had a concise and intuitive effect,facilitated communication among all parties.
