铝合金模板在地下综合管廊结构施工中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 近年来,我国地下综合管廊的建设发展速度较快,政府部门对地下综合管廊建设的投入也越来越大,地下综合管廊为地下结构,结构的设计使用年限为100年,结构的施工质量直接关系到管廊工程的使用寿命。铝合金模板系统最早诞生于美国,是新一代的绿色模板技术,经过几十年的发展和改进,技术已经基本成熟,应用也更加广泛。近年来,我国的沿海省市以及港澳台地区也逐渐开始推广使用铝合金模板系统,并取得了可观的经济效益和社会效益。本文以江苏省连云港市徐圩新区地下综合管廊为依托,介绍了铝合金模板在管廊结构施工中的应用情况,可为类似工程的施工提供参考。 In recent years,the construction of underground integrated pipeline corridor has developed rapidly in China,and the governments have invested more and more in the construction of underground integrated pipeline corridor.As an underground structure,the structure design life of the underground integrated pipeline corridor is 100 years,so that the construction quality of the structure is directly related to the service life of the pipeline corridor project.Aluminum alloy formwork system,which was first invented in the United States,is a new generation of green formwork technology.After decades of development and improvement,the technology has become more mature,and has been widely used.In recent years,China’s coastal provinces and cities as well as Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions have gradually begun to promote the use of aluminum alloy formwork system,and achieved considerable economic and social benefits.Based on the underground integrated pipeline corridor in Xuwei New District,Lianyungang City,Jiangsu Province,this paper introduces the application of aluminum alloy formwork in the construction of pipeline corridor structure,which could provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
