摘要
对汽车转向参数的标准要求以及校准规定进行分析,研制了一种新型全自动校准装置,并对检测仪进行校准。新型校准装置通过伺服电机驱动设备进行自动砝码加载,计算机自动完成加载控制,可实现对机动车转向力和转向角各个量程的全自动校准,并按照用户的设定自动完成测试。通过提高砝码的精度与编码器的精度、分辨率,可以提高该装置的校准精度。
An analysis was conducted on the standard requirements and calibration regulations for automotive steering parameters,and a new type of fully automatic calibration device was developed,and the testing instrument was calibrated.The new calibration device automatically loaded weights through servo motor driven equipment,and the computer automatically completed loading control.It could achieve full automatic calibration of various ranges of motor vehicle steering force and steering angle,and could automatically complete testing according to user settings.By improving the accuracy and resolution of the weight and encoder,the calibration accuracy of the device could be improved.
