摘要
液态气体破岩技术采用纯液氧或液态氮氧混合体,经物理相变气化膨胀做功破岩,是一种新型的矿山开采破岩技术。以某水泥原料矿山为例,结合该矿山的地质条件、生产现状、液态气体相变能量转换规律等,确定破岩作业的技术参数和施工方式,并进行破岩技术应用实验。破岩效果测试评价表明:该技术破岩效率较高,相较于炸药爆破,实施过程中带来的振动、噪声、飞石等次生有害效应更小,且无有毒有害污染物产生,比机械破岩方式更为经济。
Liquid gas rock breaking technology uses pure liquid oxygen or a mixture of liquid nitrogen and oxygen,which undergoes physical phase transformation,gasification,expansion,and work to break rocks.It is a new type of mining rock breaking technology.Taking a cement raw material mine as an example,combined with the geological conditions,production status,and the law of liquid gas phase change energy conversion of the mine,the technical parameters and construction methods for rock breaking operations are determined,and the application experiments are carried out.The evaluation of rock breaking effect testing shows that this technology has a high rock breaking efficiency,and the secondary harmful effects such as vibration,noise,and flying stones brought about during the implementation process are smaller than those of explosive blasting.There are no toxic and harmful pollutants produced,and it is more economical than mechanical rock breaking methods.
