光伏悬索支撑系统的设计研究

摘要 随着光伏装机容量的逐年增加,光伏支撑系统从最初的固定支撑发展为如今的跟踪支撑系统、光伏车棚、屋顶支撑系统、悬索支撑系统等多种系统并存。近年来,悬索支撑系统由于其极强的地形适应能力,受到了广泛关注。文章以广东韶关某光伏电站项目中的悬索支撑系统为研究对象,讨论了悬索支撑系统的结构形式,阐述了悬索支撑系统核心部件钢绞线的选型要求,对所述的悬索支撑系统进行了力学计算并提出了3种优化方法,可为今后光伏悬索支撑系统的设计提供参考。 With the increase of photovoltaic installed capacity year by year,the photovoltaic support system has developed from the initialfixed support system to today's tracking support system,photovoltaic shed,roof support system,suspension cable support system and other systems coexist.In recent years,suspension cable support system has been widely concerned because of its strong terrain adaptability.This paper takes the suspension cable support system in a photovoltaic power station project in Shaoguan,Guangdong Province as the research object,discusses the structure of the suspension cable support system,expounds the selection requirements of the core components of the suspension cable support system,carries out the mechanical calculation of the suspension cable support system and puts forward three optimization methods,which can provide reference for the design of the photovoltaic suspension cable support system in the future.
